Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill is willing to express regret for his controversial remarks, his lawyer informed a district and sessions courtroom in Islamabad when it resumed listening to Gill’s bail plea in a sedition case on Monday.

Sedition Case: ‘Shahbaz Gill willing to apologize’

During the hearing, Gill’s counsel stated that the complainant -a city magistrate- has blamed the PTI leader of sedition and additionally nominated 5 different people in his declaration to police.

“Gill may want to in no way assume of committing treason, as a substitute the transcript of his announcement used to be altered to misquote him,” he alleged and presented that the PTI leader was once prepared to tackle any misunderstanding and will even provide apology to tackle the confusion.

The assistance of PTI leader Shahbaz Gill, however, lamented that no one has the proper to alter his remarks to blame him for the treason.

It is pertinent to point out right here that on August 25, Gill filed a bail petition in the sessions courtroom Islamabad. He is presently in detention center on judicial remand on charges of sedition and inciting mutiny in the military following his controversial remarks.
